We allow multiple vendors to manage their own stores. Buyers can shop from different vendors but check out seamlessly in one cart.
Vendors
Click “Become a Vendor” on our registration page and fill out the application. Once approved, you’ll get access to your vendor dashboard to manage products, inventory, and orders.
We offer flexible commission structures alongside a range of subscription plans, including a free starter option. As you upgrade your subscription, your commission rates decrease, giving you greater value as you grow. Full details can be found on our Membership Plans page.
Only sustainable, eco-friendly, or ethically produced goods. Examples include sustainable clothing, zero-waste home goods, upcycled items, and plant-based cosmetics.
You’ll have a personalized dashboard where you can:
Add/edit products and descriptions
Manage stock and shipping
View orders and sales reports
Communicate with customers
Payments are processed a maximum of 7 days after completion of order. You can set your preferred withdrawal method in your vendor settings.
Buyers
Add products from any vendor to your cart, then check out as usual. You’ll receive updates when your order is confirmed and shipped.
Yes! The cart automatically handles items from different vendors. You’ll receive separate tracking and invoices from each one.
Each vendor manages their own return policy. You can request a return from your account dashboard. If you face issues, our support team will help mediate.
All vendors must submit documentation or certification of sustainability claims (e.g., organic, fair trade, recycled). Our team verifies these before listing approval.
Payments & Shipping
Payments are handled via Paystack and Flutterwave, our secure and reputable payment partners.
Each vendor ships their own products. Shipping costs and timelines vary by location, which are displayed on product pages and during checkout.
